Advantura has written or been the principal author on more than a dozen successful State of California RFPs. We are familiar with the entire process, from conception through contract award. We recently completed work as the procurement strategist on the Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) project. This was a competitive procurement, with a value over $100 million. This procurement effort ended up in a successful award with no protests.

Advantura believes writing RFPs is one area where the state should seriously consider using a consultant to supplement state staff. We have employees who have worked on three RFPs in a single year. We have written several RFPs for systems costing over $100,000,000.00. Because this is one of our specialty areas, we have more experience than many individuals or firms.

Feasibility Study Reports (FSR) / Advanced Planning Documents (APD)

Advantura has written FSRs and APDs. We understand what State control agencies expect to see in an FSR or APD and we can perform as much of the work as you like, including preparing Economic Analysis Worksheets. We have excellent relations with the Department of General Service's Procurement Division.
